North Carolina reached the doorstep of the College World Series on Friday night, propelled by another late-inning burst of postseason "Bosh Magic." The Tar Heels staged their latest last-gasp rally, coming back to defeat West Virginia 8-6 at Boshamer Stadium on Vance Honeycutt's gigantic game-winning, two-run homer in the bottom of the ninth.
