The headliner for UNC Baseball alumni in MLB in recent years has been Arizona Diamondbacks’ pitcher Zac Gallen. Last year, he was named the National League’s starting pitcher in the All-Star Game. After a good start to the season, he is currently on the injured list. When available, he’s been as good as last year, posting a 3.12 ERA in 58 innings.
