Jerry West was one of the greatest and most influential people not only for the Lakers franchise, but the NBA as a whole. His impact was felt for decades and many Lakers legends have come out to reflect on everything that he meant to them on a personal level. As the Lakers GM, one of the most important moves he made was drafting James Worthy.
