Former UNC infielder Mac Horvath traded to Tampa Bay Rays


Former UNC infielder has been traded to the Tampa Bay Rays. The No. 10 prospect in the Orioles minor league system, Horvath was selected by the club in the second round of the 2023 MLB Draft. During his stint with the franchise, Horvath posted a .252 batting average, 14 home runs, and 52 RBI between Rookie, Single-A, and High-A ball. (Keeping It Heel)
