UNC Baseball lands former Liberty catcher Macaddin Dye

The stars keep following Scott Jackson from Liberty to UNC. On Saturday, catcher Macaddin Dye became the third Flames player to transfer to UNC since Jackson resigned as Liberty’s head coach to return to Chapel Hill as the Tar Heels’ assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. As a freshman last season, Dye hit .365 with six home runs, and 49 RBI. (Tar Heel Tribune)
