Dominating from the first whistle, the No. 2-ranked North Carolina field hockey team out-shot Penn 25-3 to clinch a decisive 5-0 victory Friday in the ACC-Ivy League Conference Crossover in Louisville. Ryleigh Heck and Sietske Brüning both had two goals while Abigail Taylor made one save in Carolina's first shutout of the season. UNC improves to 3-0.
