A Decade Later, Marie McCool Embraces A New U.S. Women's Lacrosse National Team Role

Former Tewaaraton Award finalist Marie McCool started her women's lacrosse national team career at 18 years old when she was a freshman at UNC. Back then, her strengths were her speed and finishing ability, making her an instant transition threat. A decade later, McCool has added leadership to the list of qualities that make her a national team veteran.
