After scoring just four goals in her freshman and sophomore seasons combined, North Carolina's Kate Faasse had a breakout junior year in 2024. Her 20 goals and eight game-winners led the nation while her 44 points ranked first in the ACC and second in the NCAA, earning All-America First Team honors and the Tar Heels' 23rd national championship.
