Preseason exhibition rules eased for DI men’s basketball teams

The Division I Men's Basketball Oversight Committee on Tuesday approved a proposal allowing teams to play up to two preseason exhibition games against any four-year school, including Division I teams. The legislation, which was discussed at the NCAA Convention in Nashville, Tennessee, is effective beginning with the 2025-26 basketball season.
