Could the litigation among FSU, Clemson and ACC be nearing an end?


ESPN reported that negotiations surrounding the option coincided with talks between the ACC, Clemson and FSU on a radical new revenue distribution model. Under the proposed plan, a percentage of the ACC’s TV revenue would be included in a “brand” fund. Clemson, FSU, Miami and North Carolina presumably would be the prime beneficiaries.
