Pitt's Jeff Capel: ACC's perception, performance problems rooted in money


Jeff Capel hasn’t always been willing to entertain the notion the ACC’s best years are behind it. But on Monday, a man who had played and coached in the league for decades couldn’t ignore that, at least this season, the ACC has lagged well behind its peers at the power-conference level. Is the ACC suffering through a “down year”? For Capel, the answer is yes. (Pittsburgh Post-Gazette)
