Eve Marie Carson: One year later
Posted Mar 5, 2009
Last year more than 5,000 members of the University community gathered in Polk Place within hours of hearing that Student Body President Eve Carson had been killed. They looked to each other to make sense of this sudden death that crushed so many. Today they will join in the Pit to celebrate a life that touched many more. In the spirit of Carson’s selfless dedication to others, students will be called to a month of service.
