UNC's Matt Harvey Takes Final ACC Weekly Baseball Honors

North Carolina pitcher Matt Harvey has been named ACC Pitcher of the Week for his performance in the final games of the regular season. Harvey, a sophomore from Mytic, Conn., tossed a career-best 8.2 innings to lead UNC past Boston College Saturday for a win that helped lock up the ACC’s Coastal Division for the Tar Heels. Harvey turned in his finest performance of the season in his return to New England.
