Posted May 30, 2009
Rob Wooten etched his name into the Brevard County Manatees' history books on Saturday night, picking up his 15th save of the season to set the team's all-time record. He pitched a perfect ninth inning in Brevard County's 4-3 win over Dunedin to earn the save. Doug Pettit and Tim McClaskey previously held the record, with 14 saves each in 1994 and 2001, respectively.
