Just moments before North Carolina caught the bus to the airport to leave for the Tar Heels fourth consecutive trip to the College World Series in Omaha, Neb., junior first baseman Dustin Ackley learned Rivals.com had named him the national collegiate baseball player of the year. (Carolina Blue)
