Posted Apr 20, 2010
UNC ace Matt Harvey had his worst outing of the season Friday. He gave up four runs in the first inning and ended up allowing seven runs, five earned, in seven innings. Carolina committed three errors and had two runners caught stealing in the top of the first. Still, the Tar Heels closed to within a run in the top of the fifth. But the Miami bullpen shut the door, holding the visitors scoreless over the last four innings.
