Posted Feb 1, 2008
North Carolina hasn't had it easy the last two weeks, and Wake Forest didn't make things any easier. LaToya Pringle scored 23 points as the No. 3 Tar Heels pulled away in the second half to beat the pesky Demon Deacons 76-56 Thursday night. Cetera DeGraffenreid added 15 points, Rashanda McCants 14 and Jessica Breland 10 for North Carolina (19-2, 6-0 ACC), which led by just eight points at the half.
