Erlana Larkins' return marked by hustle, third double-double
Posted Jan 6, 2008
Erlana Larkins injured her non-shooting hand on Dec. 30 against Liberty, suffering a fracture of the third metacarpal. It was questionable if she would play in the Heels' ACC opener, yet she started against the Yellow Jackets, wearing a padded wrap over her injured hand. Larkins scored 10 points and grabbed 10 rebounds, finishing 5-for-7 from the field, collecting her third double-double of the season.
