From Fetzer To Finley: Norm Sper & The Victory Bell

Norm Sper was best known as the head cheerleader during the Charlie Justice era and the first UNC swimmer or diver to ever be named an All-America by the NCAA during all four years of his eligibility. As the Tar Heels prepare to face Duke this Saturday at 3:30 p.m. in Kenan Stadium it's time once again to reflect on one of Sper's most enduring legacy as a UNC cheerleader and student athlete -- the Victory Bell.
