While preseason All-American third baseman Colin Moran and Friday night standout pitcher Kent Emanuel will earn plenty of headlines this season for the UNC baseball program, it’s the new faces on the team that will determine the Tar Heels’ success. UNC, ranked No. 9 in Baseball America’s preseason poll, returns several key ingredients of its 2011 College World Series run, the program’s fifth in six years.
