Tar Heels realize huge tasks of attaining past College World Series achievements

UNC’s baseball season ended last weekend in shocking fashion when the Tar Heels didn’t advance out of regional play from their home stadium.While coach Mike Fox pointed to the youthful nature of the team’s makeup, something else came out in the aftermath for a program accustomed to playing deep into June. “Maybe now people will realize how hard it is to get to Omaha,” senior catcher Jacob Stallings said.
