Posted Oct 14, 2012
UNC students and members of the Chapel Hill community will have the opportunity next week to pay their final respects to Bill Friday. A public memorial service has been set for Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Memorial Hall on the UNC campus. Right now, a makeshift memorial sits on one of campus's most prominent landmarks, with flowers placed between the steps of the Old Well.
