Junior left-hander Hobbs Johnson struck out a season-high nine batters over five scoreless innings of work Wednesday night as No. 1 North Carolina (42-4) downed The Citadel (27-19), 13-0. Johnson (3-0) held the nation's 30th-best scoring offense to just two hits over his five innings of work as he faced three over the minimum in his 10th start of the year.
