Colin Moran drafted by Miami Marlins

North Carolina junior third baseman Colin Moran was selected sixth overall by the Miami Marlins in the 2013 MLB Draft Thursday night. Moran becomes the 19th Tar Heel to be drafted in the first round and the seventh since 2006. Moran becomes the first Tar Heel to be drafted in the top 10 picks since Matt Harvey was drafted 10th overall by the New York Mets in 2010.
