UNC eliminates NC State from CWS with 7-0 win

FINAL: UNC 7, NC State 0: North Carolina got 8.1 shutout innings from starter Hobbs Johnson and three RBIs from shortstop Michael Russell Thursday night as they eliminated North Carolina State from the College World Series with a 7-0 victory. The Tar Heels advance to play UCLA Friday night at 8 p.m. on ESPN.
