By this time last year, R.A. Dickey looked like a lock to start the All-Star Game for the National League, so you never know. But there is no knuckleball to scare off a nervous manager this time, so even after a torch job by the bullpen cost Matt Harvey a win Friday night, surely by now you can book him for the night of July 16.
