Carolina Women Dominate Illinois At Cancun Challenge

Freshman Stephanie Mavunga had 24 points and 12 rebounds to lead No. 11 North Carolina to an 87-51 win over Illinois at the Cancun Challenge on Saturday. Classmates Diamond DeShields and Allisha Gray added 18 points and eight rebounds, and 15 points and nine rebounds, respectively.
