Zac Gallen and Reilly Hovis combined to allow just two runs on five hits and No. 30 Carolina pounded out 16 hits as the Tar Heels scored a series-clinching 12-2 win over Boston College Sunday at Commander Shea Field. Michael Russell reached five times and scored three runs, Parks Jordan and Landon Lassiter each drove in three and Carolina won its second road series of 2014.
