Behind two home runs from left fielder Reid Fronk and a homer and three RBI from shortstop , No. 3 North Carolina scored eight times over the first two innings and held on for a 12-4 win over Maryland in game one of a doubleheader Saturday at Shipley Field. The Tar Heels also got seven strong innings from freshman right-hander to secure their sixth straight series win over the Terrapins. (Tar Heel Blue)
