LaToya Pringle feeds Heels' need
Posted Mar 23, 2007
The top-seeded Tar Heels (32-3) face No. 5 seed George Washington at 9:30 p.m. Sunday in the semifinals of the Dallas Regional. Although LaToya Pringle's contributions were key to Carolina making its third straight round of 16, she dismissed her efforts on Thursday. "I think it was because they were really focused on Erlana [Larkins]," said Pringle, who averages 9.8 points and 7.3 rebounds a game for the Heels.
