UVA leading scorer Justin Anderson to miss 4-6 weeks with broken finger

Virginia junior Justin Anderson, a possible First Team All-American, suffered a serious hand injury in Saturday night's win over Louisville. The school announced Anderson will have surgery Sunday on a fractured finger. The official timetable for a return is 4-to-6 weeks. Anderson is averaging a team-best 13.9 points per game. The Cavaliers currently have a two-game lead in the loss column of the ACC standings.
