Houston Summers Elected Student Body President Posted Feb 20, 2015 UNC track and field student-athlete Houston Summers was elected student body president Wednesday night. Summers earned 64.8% of the vote. Before attending UNC, Summers was drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2005 and played minor league baseball for six years, mostly in the St. Louis Cardinals’ organization.
