Heath, Klingenberg Help U.S. Win World Cup


The Women's World Cup came to a conclusion on Sunday with the United States taking a dominating 5-2 win over Japan. It was the first World Cup title for USA since 1999 and avenges a loss in the 2011 final to Japan. Former Tar Heels and started for the US during the tournament and were crucial pieces to the team's success. Klingenberg made a crucial save on the goal line in the Group D draw versus Sweden.
