Stephanie Watts committed to UNC, East-West All-Star Game


could have walked away from her commitment to play at UNC when the Tar Heels’ program went through the turmoil of coach ’s health issues, the departure of assistant coaches, an NCAA probe into academic fraud and the loss of the entire four-player 2013 recruiting class to transfers.
