Matt Harvey bumps A-Rod as New York’s premier ‘24-and-1’ guy

There will be a symbolic passing of the baton this weekend in the Subway Series as Matt Harvey usurps the long-running New York champion of sports polarization – Alex Rodriguez. It is fitting that because the games are at Citi Field and under NL rules, the man without a position, A-Rod, will not start a game while attention will be galvanized Sunday night on Harvey’s start.
