Student rappels from 10th floor of Hinton James dorm

Late Monday night, a student in a ski mask rappelled down Hinton James Residence Hall using his personal climbing gear. He lowered himself down the side of the building as Hinton James residents — some of whom reported him to housing officials — watched from the balcony. Senior Christian Reyes said he’s an experienced climber.
