ESPN Gets Rid of Grantland


Once Bill Simmons walked out of the doors of Grantland, people knew it would never be the same. Now that many other staffers have left, some to follow Simmons and others to branch out, there was only one thing for ESPN to do (allegedly). They are suspending the publication, effective immediately. Five months after the depature of the site's creator, it is no more. (Athlon Sports)
