UNC's Hatchell makes 'sportsmanship donation' during game suspension
Posted Jan 31, 2016
Prior to announcing her donation to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund, Sylvia Hatchell spoke with WRAL News about why her two-game suspension is a teachable moment for herself and her team. “You think about what the slogan is for the Kay Yow foundation. That was one reason why I wanted to do this today. That’s because Kay taught me how to work through adverse situations,” said Hatchell.
