Hot Stove League honors Andrew Miller
Posted Jan 24, 2007
Last June, left-hander Andrew Miller was on the mound in Omaha, Neb., helping North Carolina advance to the College World Series final. Less than three months later, he was on the mound in Yankee Stadium wearing a Detroit Tigers uniform. Miller, 21, said he expects to start this season in the minors. He pitched in relief in the majors last year, but should be used as a starter when he returns.
