UNC's Zac Gallen Named ACC Pitcher of the Week

UNC’s Zac Gallen has been voted the ACC Baseball Pitcher of the Week.Gallen allowed just four hits in 7.2 shutout innings as the Tar Heels blanked No. 9 UCLA on the road in the opening game of the season. A junior from Gibbsboro, New Jersey, Gallen struckout 11 batters, one shy of his career high, and allowed just one runner to reach past second base.
