“You don’t have the choice that you have cancer, but you have the choice in how you deal with it.” Inspiring words from UNC women’s basketball coach and cancer survivor Sylvia Hatchell, who is leading an effort to add wellness rooms for patients at the N.C. Cancer Hospital. Diagnosed with leukemia in October 2013, Hatchell was treated at the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center.
