No. 2 Lady Heels Easily Top Tennessee Tech, 93-52
Posted Dec 31, 2006
North Carolina made up for the unexpected absence of All-ACC forward Erlana Larkins with teamwork. Camille Little led a balanced attack with 20 points, four other teammates scored in double figures and the second-ranked Tar Heels beat Tennessee Tech 93-52 on Saturday. Larkins, North Carolina's second-leading scorer and leading rebounder, missed her first college game after playing in 83 straight contests. She was in Florida attending the funeral of a family friend.
