Carolina Square developers confirm Chapel Hill project’s first retailers, including Target

It’s been one of the worst kept secrets in town, but developers of the Carolina Square mixed-use project have confirmed that a lease has been signed with Target Corp. to be the retail anchor for the $123 million Franklin Street project.
