For Matt Harvey, it’s not about speed right now. He believes that will come. Tim Tebow was the sideshow. Matt Harvey was the main attraction Friday. Scouts registered Harvey’s fastball at 91-92 mph in the first inning and he did reach 93 in his three innings of work, but regaining velocity is one of the challenges following thoracic outlet syndrome surgery.
