Matt Harvey felt ‘tight’ and wasn’t quite set to pitch on short notice


First Noah Syndergaard got scratched. Then got strafed. The Mets turned to Harvey on Thursday morning when Syndergaard was a late scratch with a tired arm and sore biceps.
