Carolina Baseball Earns No. 2 National Seed, Opens NCAAs Friday


North Carolina was awarded the No. 2 national seed and will host the NCAA Chapel Hill Regional starting Friday at Boshamer Stadium. UNC will face Davidson Friday at 6 p.m. following a matchup between Florida Gulf Coast and Michigan at 1 p.m. The ACC Coastal Division champion Tar Heels are in the tournament for the 16th time in 19 seasons under coach .
