Nike Claims Rob Gronkowski's Logo is Too Similar to Jumpman
Posted Jun 30, 2017
One of the most important components of sports is branding. Nike is accusing Rob Gronkowski of not getting his own unique logo. According to ESPN's Darren Rovell, Nike has filed a formal opposition saying the Patriots star's "Gronk Nation" logo of himself spiking a football is too close to Michael Jordan's Jumpman logo. The irony is that Gronk, like Jumpman, is sponsored by Nike.
