A summer update on former and current Tar Heel athletes

Here’s a roundup of how some UNC athletes have done recently. Several former men’s Tar Heels won the Gold Cup with the US men’s soccer team, but as you may expect, the women’s national team also has some former UNC players. Midfielder Allie Long and forward Crystal Dunn are both on the USWNT’s roster for the Tournament of Champions.
