Miller, Tigers begin negotiations

The Tigers aren't sweating the negotiations with their first-round draft pick, flame-throwing North Carolina left-hander Andrew Miller. They know it'll demand some patience, and it'll probably cost them more than what the sixth overall selection of the amateur draft normally receives. But they didn't let fear dictate their drafting strategy and that speaks more about the new direction of this franchise than their amazing first half on the diamond.
