Janelle Bailey Named ACC Rookie Of The Year

North Carolina forward Janelle Bailey has been voted ACC Freshman of the Year, announced Wednesday by Commissioner John Swofford. Bailey is the tenth Tar Heel to win the award, and the fourth in the last six seasons. Bailey, the 2017 USA Basketball Female Athlete of the Year, was named ACC Rookie of the Week seven times during the season. (GoHeels.com)
